The PPP Unit (Public-Private Partnership) is a nationally competent expert organization and a specialized entity attached to the Presidency of the Republic. Its mission is to facilitate and oversee the implementation of Public-Private Partnerships in Madagascar. One of its tasks is to assist public entities (the State, local authorities, public institutions) at all stages of PPP projects, from identification to contract conclusion and monitoring. This includes providing technical, legal, and financial expertise, as well as developing standardized tools and documents.
The PPP Unit provides everyone with a range of operational tools designed to support public actors at each stage of the lifecycle of public-private partnership projects. These resources aim to assist in the planning, structuring, evaluation, and optimal implementation of PPP projects in Madagascar.
