1- As part of the implementation of the General Policy of the State to bridge Madagascar’s development gap and achieve the objectives of building a strong, prosperous, and united nation for the social and economic development and well-being of the Malagasy people, the PPP Unit was attached to the Presidency of the Republic by Decree No. 2023-333 of March 31, 2023, establishing its organization and functioning, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of Law No. 2015-039 of February 3, 2016, on Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
2- Furthermore, given its main responsibilities—to advise and assist the National PPP Committee and public entities, to oversee the eligibility of projects and preliminary studies, and to promote PPPs, as well as to incubate development projects initiated within the framework of the implementation of the General Policy of the State—the Head of the PPP Unit is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of the Head of the Financial and Economic Analysis Department.
3- Interested candidates are kindly requested to request the full Terms of Reference (ToR) for this call for applications by emailing u3p.r.tech@gmail.com; the candidate’s name and address must be specified in the request.
4-Documents to be submitted:
– Cover letter written in French;
– CV including a phone number for quick contact and the contact details of three referees;
– Copies of diplomas and certificates;
– Any other documents that can support the stated experience.

5- Candidates are invited to:
